We ship all orders from our UK warehouse in Bolton, Greater Manchester. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order total

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order total

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress directly on the courier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow one additional business day before contacting us as courier delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with a neighbour or your local delivery depot before contacting us at info@doctoraltheaofficial.com.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@doctoraltheaofficial.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@doctoraltheaofficial.com and we will do our best to make corrections before dispatch.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Lost parcel claims must be raised within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Your Consumer Rights

As a UK customer you are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
